1. The Client is responsible to maintain the vehicle - i/e; check oil and water levels on a weekly basis. Make sure that the tyres are always at the right tyre pressure.
2. The vehicle is to be kept clean, neat and tidy as in the same condition that it was delivered to you. Your deposit will only be refunded if there are no damages or repairs needed to be done.
3. Payments are to be made as per your contract/invoice date.
4. Late payments will be penalized at R50.00 per day.
5. A KM reading is to be sent on every day that payment is due.
6. When doing ATM cash deposit, you will be liable for the cash deposit fee. This will be added to the following invoice.
7. No other mechanic unless pre-approved by Bizzy is to work on our vehicles.
8. In the event of an incident or accident please fill out the accident report form fully that is provided to you and in the cubby of the vehicle.
9. You will also need to report the incident to the police in order to get an accident report/case number.
10. Full Terns and Condition are also available at your request.
11. Bizzy Car Hire reserves the right to make changes to our to our fees and costs. We will relay such changes in advance.
12. Bizzy Car Hire reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time at its discretion.
